The University of Kufa holds a master’s thesis discussion in mechanical engineering

The Faculty of Engineering at the University of Kufa held a master’s thesis discussion which was on optimization of heat transfer processes within a triangular section tube using vortex generator. The thesis was submitted by the master student Muhammad Hadi Hamid Hussein, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hafidh Hasan Muhammad. The study targeted triangular channels and improve heat transfer in them by adding ribs (eddy generator) of various shapes and sizes for the purpose of generating vortices that help to mix liquid layers within these channels, thus enhancing heat transfer.
