The Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Hasan Mahdi Al-Khateeb, hosted the Dean of the Faculty of Science, Prof. Dr. Haider Saleh Al-Shafei, accompanied by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Saleh Abboud Hassoun. The meeting was also held in the presence of the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Ammar Al-Shawki, and the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Haider Al-Ibrahimi. They discussed the application of the Bologna education system in the two faculties for the academic year 2023-2024. The goals are intended to develop a plan for modernizing the curricula to meet the requirements and aspects of Bologna track.
It was also agreed to enhance scientific cooperation between the two sides through the establishment of joint workshops to overcome all obstacles that stand for the application of the path and adherence to the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in order to achieve scientific benefit from the application of the Bologna education system and the success of this experience in Iraqi universities.
