The Department of Materials Engineering, Medical Materials Branch, at Al-Kufa University’s Faculty of Engineering, organized a seminar titled “Developing Research Skills and the Ability to Present Scientific Research” as part of the Materials Engineering Department, Medical Materials Branch activities. To enhance research skills and the ability to present scientific research, the Department of Materials Engineering, Medical Materials Branch, initiated research seminars specializing in nanomedical materials presented by fourth-year students under Dr. Sabah Marisan Dhiab, Professor and Coordinator of Nanomedical Materials.
These seminars, scheduled for two days (Sunday and Tuesday, May 14-15, 2023), focused on the important current and future applications of nanomedical materials engineering in various fields, including medical treatments, drug delivery within the human body, antibiotics, antibacterials, tissue engineering, cancer treatment, and more.
The topics and titles of these seminars were assigned by Dr. Sabah as individual seminars for each student, with 14 seminars distributed among the fourth-year students in the department. These seminars also included evaluation, explanation, organizational questions, and practical interventions by the course instructor to the students, aiming to correct errors in organization, content, and presentation skills.
