The Deanship of the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Kufa honored Professor Dr. Ghassan Fadhel Smaisim from the Department of Mechanical Engineering on obtaining the title of professor after fulfilling the requirements for scientific promotion. The Deanship expressed its pride in his valuable efforts to improve the scientific and functional performance that he provided during his years of service at the university.
Prof. Dr. Smaisim expressed his happiness for this honor, which is considered a fulfillment of the noble message carried by the professors in the most difficult circumstances, leading to the new Iraq when they took their true place in their university.
The Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Hassan Mahdi Al-Khatib, indicated that obtaining scientific titles by faculty members in the Faculty increases the sobriety of the Faculty and the university. He praised the active and distinguished role of the teaching staff, calling on everyone to do more efforts to raise the scientific and academic levels.
