The Faculty of Engineering Council at the University of Kufa holds the Fifteenth Virtual Meeting

The Council of the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Kufa held its fifteenth virtual meeting on Thursday, April 9, 2020, in the presence of the entire members. The meeting dealt with the directives of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and the opinion committee, in addition to the directives of the president of the university communicated in the session of the virtual university council held on 8 April 2020, among which are:

1. The subject of electronic education, including the confirmation of the commitment of the teaching staff to give the lectures according to the weekly lectures schedule and the approval of the video or audio explanations in an interactive way. And the deanships of the scientific departments raise regular follow-up positions on e-learning

2. Graduate student affairs and follow-up of their lectures by e-learning, the second course, and the possibility of conducting discussions of their theses using the CCTV method

3. Activate the university’s website and inform the faculties to update and maintain the university’s websites and faculties.

4. Urging social solidarity in each college, especially in these health and economic conditions.

5. Emphasizing the documentation of services provided to the community by the university and its faculties, especially those related to the current public health condition. The Ministry and the University value the efforts of faculties and masters in the field of community service through the departments of the Ministry of Health and Environment.
