A member of Faculty of Engineering at the University of Kufa Participates in the Beirut conference to improve the quality of engineering education

Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Abdul-Hussein Al-Tamimi in the Civil Engineering Department participated in a conference
“The importance of scientific research to develop the quality of engineering education”
Which was held in Beirut / Lebanon for the period from 7 to 8 April 2018 by the Arab Engineers Union (FAE), the Union of Mediterranean Engineering Organizations (EAMC) and the Union of Lebanese Engineers (FL E). Dr. Tamimi, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Arab Union for Building in the League of Arab States Chairman of the Technical Committee for the draft codes and specifications of Iraq, his research tagged:
“Including the codes in the curriculum to ensure the adoption of universities engineering and application of professional ethics, the Iraqi Code of ethics of the practice of engineering profession as a model.”
The conference was attended by researchers from Arab countries and Italy and the representative of the Accreditation Council for Engineering and Technology. ABET
