The Faculty of Engineering at the University of Kufa provides job opportunities for its graduates in communication with state institutions and private companies

As a result of the scientific and practical efficiency of alumni of the Faculty of Engineering, Ithar Trading Company, one of the privately held companies, started to recruit a group of its graduates:

2. Eng. Zeid Kazem, Department of Civil Engineering, University of Kufa
3. Eng. Laith Jabbar Mohammed B.Sc. Civil Engineering / University of Kufa

The Dean of the Faculty of Engineering revealed that the college’s endeavour to learn about problems and obstacles facing the work at State Departments and private sector institutions to turn them into graduate projects and research for postgraduate students. Besides the seeks to find appropriate solutions to these problems in a scientific and academic way to develop the work of these departments and institutions. On the other hand, the Faculty of Engineering visited several departments and institutions of the State and the private sector, in order to interconnect and find job opportunities for graduates and obtained initial approvals for these job opportunities. The College, as well, has established a scientific committee with the support of the distinguished university council to determine the titles of graduation projects for undergraduate studies, higher diploma and master’s thesis to address the engineering problems in Najaf Governorate.

In a special interview with the Department of Public Relations of the Faculty of Engineering, the director of the company Ethar business Haider Jaber Daouh said: the company seeks to communicate with universities and alumni to open prospects for joint cooperation, which will develop economic growth, and reduce the unemployment rate of graduates in particular, The company is proud of the prospects of cooperation with the University of Kufa and this is what we have seen from the Faculty of Engineering during our participation in the exhibition held on the occasion of the silver jubilee to establish the college.
Finally, Dr Al-Atahari gave a certificate of appreciation to the company Ethar Trading company from the faculty awarding its cooperation .
