A joint research team was able to design an algorithm that simulates herd immunity technology in the face of the Corona pandemic

A joint research team formed by the instructor, Zaid Abdul Karim Al-Yasiri, a teacher at the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Kufa, and Prof. Dr. Muhammad Azmi Al-Bitar from the Balqa University of Jordan, and Associate Professor Dr. Muhammad Awad Allah, Dean of the Faculty of Computers at the Palestinian Al-Aqsa University, and Associate Professor Dr. Iyad Abudosh from the American University / Kuwait designed an artificial intelligence algorithm to simulate herd immunity technology in the face of the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic in the transition from a community suffering from a pandemic to a recovering society.
This research was published in the journal Neural Computing and Applications, which is classified under Q1 and has an impact factor of 4.774 within the Sprinkler publishing house.
Al-Yasiri pointed out that this new algorithm, which was called CHIO, has proven its effectiveness in finding optimal solutions to problems from reality to real, and has proven efficient and effective compared to other artificial intelligence algorithms, and it can be applied in several areas in the future.
